Claude L. Moore grew up in Houston , Texas and has resided there since 1953. He attended Bellaire High School and the University of Houston . He is married with two grown children and two grandchildren. Claude Moore has worked in the Power and Communications Industry his entire career and has been in Engineering / Management most of that time. He started working for KHTV Channel 39 in the Production Department in 1969, 1st Class Communications Engineer at NASA during the Skylab missions, Director / Engineer at KRIV Channel 26, The Methodist Hospital as Communications Engineer / Manager. In 1977 he was made the Production manager of Electrical Power Systems, International. Inc. an OEM company that provided High Voltage Switchgear to the industrial marketplace. In 1983 EPS was purchased by Hawker Siddeley Power Engineering he was selected as the lead Project Manager on numerous domestic and foreign Co-Generation and Power Plant projects. After seven years with The Methodist Hospital in the Visual Communications department he founded Med Com in 1992 a company specializing in providing "broadcast communication to the hospital marketplace". In 1998 Claude Moore along with a partner founded NTT Communications providing Audio / Video / Integration services to the Education and Corporate marketplace. Cx2us, Inc. was started in 2005 by Claude Moore to provide " Audio / Video / Design, Integration and Installation services to the Education, Government and Corporate marketplace".
